Implemented SAP systems

The main objective of the implementing the SAP system is to optimise key business processes, including the required standards in the area of quality management.

7milowy Sprint has implemented SAP system in production plant in Grudziadz MASMAL and Warlubie. The scope of implementation included the areas of Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP). As part of this the specific requirements for the processing of milk are supported and solutions for Electronic Document Interchange (EDI) with retail chains are implemented.
